Land Surveyor

Job Summary:

CHR Recruitment is searching for an experineced Land Surveyor to join the surveying team in our client's Derby office. The role involves working independently on a range of topographical, measured building, and setting out surveys using innovative technology.

Responsibilities:

* Independently complete topographical and measured building surveys to high standards.

* Lead large surveying projects, providing guidance to team members.

* Assist in the development of junior staff through practical experience.

* Process survey data accurately.

* Maintain surveying instrumentation.

Requirements:

* 2+ years of surveying industry experience.

* Proficiency in topographical and measured building surveys.

* Ability to process survey data and CAD software.

* Strong communication skills and a professional manner.

* Knowledge of health and safety standards.

* N4ce would be desirable
