Window and Door Estimator

Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a successful window and door business who are looking for an experienced aluminium window and Estimator to join their team.

Our client bring 28 years of window, door and conservatory fabrication and manufacturing excellence to every product that they make. They are also known for their outstanding customer experience and good working culture.

The right person for this role will have current experience estimating aluminium windows and doors using, industry specific software Logikal.

The role duties include:

* 1st Look at surveys, input ready to be checked and processed

* Getting quotes from suppliers for stock

* Processing orders using when required using industry specific software

* Liaise with customers/clients regarding their orders

* Gathering information for quotes for jobs

* Advising and supporting customers/clients with specification and compliance queries

* Work with finance, sales and installs to achieve different projects

* Manage and assist in raising purchase orders as well as reviewing completeness of job file to ensure all parts are ordered and delivered on time

* Making sure CRM database is kept up to date

* Provide excellent customer service via phone and email

About You:

* Must have current/recent experience Order Processing windows and doors

* Have experience using industry software Logikal

* Experience reading technical drawings such as CAD

* Be able to manage own workload and meet deadlines

* Have excellent communication and customer service skills

* Be a team player and be able to use own initiative

* Excellent attention to detail

* Be computer literate, able to use Microsoft office packages

* Must currently reside in the UK
