Customer Service & Sales Advisor
Our well-established client based in Colchester are seeking a Customer Service & Sales Advisor / Personal Move Assistant to join their team.
Duties:
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound contact with customers
Responding to customer queries via email and the live web-chat
Converting warm leads into conversions
Sending emails to the relevant teams for call back requests
Working in a team environment
Register client details and pass to relevant in branch teams to arrange meetings, updating the diary system and CRMExperience Required:
Customer Service/Sales experience within an Office environment
Good communication skills and ability to manage a high volume of calls
Good IT skills - Good use of MS Word and OutlookTuesday-Saturday 9am - 6pm with one hour lunch
21k-22k DOE
Fully office based role
