Salary: £140 - £240 per day

About the Role:
GSL Education are seeking a qualified and passionate Science Teacher to join a secondary school in Sunderland. This role is ideal for a teacher who is enthusiastic about science education and committed to fostering a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging science lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Assess, track, and report on students' progress and development.
Manage classroom behaviour to create a safe and productive learning environment.
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the school’s wider curriculum and activities.
Support students' academic and personal growth.
Requirements:
Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Have a thorough understanding of the science curriculum.
Be committed to promoting the welfare and safety of children.
Possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
