They are currently seeking skilled and experienced painters to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for painting and decorating various surfaces, including walls, ceilings, trim and exteriors, to enhance the aesthetic appeal and protect the integrity of their clients’ properties.  

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching as necessary. 
Apply primer, paint and other finishes using brushes and rollers.
Repair and restore damaged or weathered surfaces, including filling cracks and holes and replacing damaged trim.
Install wallpaper according to clients’ preference.
Maintain a clean and organised work area and ensure that all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored. 
Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.  

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a painter and decorator. 
Proficiency in a variety of preparation and painting techniques and finishes. 
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality workmanship.
Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
An open, honest, and positive approach to work. 
Desirable to have a valid driving license and current CSCS card.
