Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for real estate and a talent for strategic asset management? Our client a prestigious private family office real estate company based in London is seeking a dynamic individual to lead their Asset Management and Estates division.

The Role: Head of Asset Management and Estates
 
As the Head of Asset Management and Estates, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic management of their real estate portfolio and ensuring the efficient operation of the estates. This is a leadership role that requires a strategic mindset, strong financial acumen, and exceptional communication skills.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies to optimise the performance and value of the real estate portfolio.
Lead a team of asset managers and estate managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and capital improvement projects.
Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to drive successful investment strategies and business plans.
Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and family stakeholders on asset performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including health and safety, environmental, and fair housing regulations. 
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in real estate, preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in asset management, property management, or real estate investment.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
Proven track record of success in managing diverse real estate portfolios and delivering value-enhancing strategies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
