PR & Influencer Relations Manager (12 month Fixed Term Contract)
Hybrid working with regular travel into London, Head Office in Surrey
Salary up to £50k + bens
We’re looking for a talented and passionate PR & Influencer Relations Manager to join our client on a Fixed Term Contract. Ideally you’ll have at least 5 years experience in a similar role. This role would suit someone who is highly motivated, has a strategic approach and creative outlook. We’re looking for someone with a passion for beauty, who has editorial and influencer contacts, experience of managing organic activations, an in-depth knowledge of social channels, and proven experience of delivering dynamic campaigns.
Responsibilities include:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with media, VIPs, and influencers.
* Craft strategies for the portfolio, utilising the overall brand strategy while applying a localised approach to achieve robust results in the UK and Ireland markets.
* Work closely with the wider teams to define and execute a 360 approach product launches.
* Manage agencies for paid influencer campaigns, set KPIs and leverage the organic impact of planned activities.
* Oversee the PR activity plan and budget for the brand portfolio in alignment with the marketing launch calendar.
* Enhance the visibility of both the company and its brand portfolio through high-quality editorial coverage, creative content, and activities such as events and trips.
* Contribute to and lead cross-brand initiatives.
* Handle all media and influencer requests regarding brand information or product/image call-ins.
Person specification:
* 5 years + experience in a similar role, within luxury beauty / cosmetics / skincare or fragrance
* Self motivated approach along with the ability to network / build relationships in a fast paced environment
* Commercially aware
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written
* Experience of working with brands and cultivating relationships with editorial and influencer contacts
