Pub Manager - Up to £35k Per Annum + Tips - Kingsbridge Area

Our client are seeking an experienced pub manager, for its luxury pub/café, in the Kingsbridge area. The individually will have strong experience in a managerial role in a pub/café/restaurant setting.

* Salary of £30-35k (DOE)

* 40-48 hours per week

* Share of TRONC

The Manager's main duties are to oversee the day to day front of house operations of the public house, taking the lead and overseeing the general running of the pub.

You will thrive working within a fast paced F & B environment and be driven and motivated to go above and beyond for all customers and guests.

Your experience:

* An experienced general pub manager.

* Work closely with the GM to continue on the strong reputation, for both residents and day visitors.

* Training and management of the team.

* Full understanding of a pub P+L and day-to-day leadership.

* Responsible for all aspects of running the pub smoothly, whilst upholding its high standards.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, creative, forward thinking and have a genuine passion for hospitality and F & B. The Pub Manager must have previous experience in a similar role, preferably at a hotel/restaurant setting, and be focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service.
