Job Description
Oversee the financial strategic planning of the company by evaluating and tracking its performance and risks
Perform regular financial analysis and reporting
Cash flow forecasting
Develop and update budgets and forecasts
Monitor and track compliance with covenants and loan agreements
Lead periodic creation of KPI’s, metrics and management reports for use by business unit leaders, executives, board and capital providers.
Recognize patterns in company spending, revenue, expenses and recommend solutions to problem areas
Support acquisition process in pricing of deals to select which opportunities to pursue
Support capital markets activity, including debt and equity
