Accounting Manager (Hybrid)

Job Title: Accounting Manager (Hybrid)
Location: LaGrange, GA (Hybrid)
Job Type and Duration: Direct hire
Pay rate: $80,000 - $100,000
Job Functions:
* Main duties include managing activities, resources, and responsibilities of A/R and A/P in conformance with established policies, practices, and procedures.
* Input and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, including invoicing, vendor/customer relationships and cross-team collaboration.
* Day by day supervision of the AR and AP team for all NAM entities, managing a team of 4 people.
* Responsible of timely and accurate posting of AP assuring prompt resolution of any discrepancy
* Responsible of timely management and reconciliation of GRNI (good receipts) accounts
* Responsible of reconciliation for any AP and AR related accounts
* Supporting the Finance organization by providing all necessary reports for Month end closing, cash flow forecasting, sales and use tax accounting and reporting.
* Perform special projects and duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Minimum 5 years in a financial accounting management position
* Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
* Experience in manufacturing environment preferred
* AXD365 experience preferred
* Demonstrated communication and organizational skills
* Ready to participate and contribute as part of the management team
