Job Description
As an Electro-Mechanical technician your job will consist of assembling sub-tier and upper level assembling of electronic Mil-Aerospace displays and peripheral assemblies. Require the ability to repair assemblies and equipment. Examine parts for defects, aligns, fits and assembles parts into completed units. You will also gain experience in test and integration of products.
Essential Job Functions:
Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, specifications and technical procedures to determine methods and sequence of assembly operations.
Ability to utilize hand tools, power tools, fixtures and templates.
Solder, assemble cables assemblies and assemble electrical and mechanical parts in specific location on various sub-assemblies and completed assemblies.
Work in clean room atmosphere to perform final displays head assemble (DHA) processing for a variety of modules
Modify modules with various enhancements (films) and LED rail configurations
Unit Measuring comprehension i.e. fraction-decimal-mm with calibers and rulers
Clean glass with various types of cleaning agents to eliminate film and foreign materials.
