IN-HOME SERVICES NATIONAL SALES TRAINER
Location: DFW
Were working for a confidential client in the DFW area who is seeking to add an inspiring and motivational Sales Manager or Director of Sales. This person must be driven by influencing behaviors positively to help sales team grow and produce more.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As anIN-HOME SERVICES NATIONAL SALES TRAINER, you will master the leadership coaching and sales strategies of the top 1%. You will work closely with the executive team and serve as a strategic partner with companies to understand and solve client sales challenges.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide hands-on coaching and guidance to sales teams; focusing on developing their capabilities, enhancing their sales techniques, and optimizing their performance.
* Coach, train and mentor individual contributors to maximize their performance.
* Collaborate closely with client leadership to develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives, ensuring alignment across all levels of the sales organization.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to expand our customer base and revenue streams.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
* Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
* Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales leadership team, promoting a mindset of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement, and providing resources and opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
* Proven track record of success in sales._REQUIRED._
* In-Home sales experience._REQUIRED._
* Currently leading individual contributors._REQUIRED._
* Minimum of ten years of sales leadership & management experience._REQUIRED._
* Operates with a continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset.
* Thrives in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
* Self-starter that takes the initiative to implement necessary changes.
