Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector.
They have a vacancy for a qualified commercial heating engineer to cover the Derby area carrying out servicing, fault finding, and repairs within commercial local authority properties.
The Role:
* Service and Maintenance works on commercial properties.
* Providing high levels of customer care when dealing with tenants and clients
* Ensure all Health & Safety requirements and legislation are followed including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH records
Requirements:
* Experience working on commercial heating and hot water systems
* COCN1 Qualified
* Full UK Driving Licence
* No unpent criminal convictions (DBS Check to be carried out on offer of employment)
The Package:
* 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
* Van, tools, PPE/uniform, and PDA provided.
* Salary: £41,000 - £44,000 per annum
* Out of Hours call out on rota basis. Paid either on price per job or hourly decided by engineer
