Full Time Contract ( 4 months long)

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a HR Consultant in Nottingham. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.

The job:

Proactively work to attract, source and recruit Children's Social Workers and associated roles
Provide comprehensive and timely advice and guidance on recruitment and talent management approaches
Support the design of executive level resourcing activities, attracting the widest and most appropriate potential pool of applicants
Collaborate with Departmental HR Consultants and Advisors to integrate an approach to resourcing, including workforce planning
Where applicable, support the Senior HR Consultant in reviewing, developing and implementing recruitment policy
The candidate:

Previous experience in a similar role is essential

Previous experience working in a local government setting is desirable

CIPD qualification or equivalent, or equivalent experience is essential
