Absolute Executive Search are delighted to be partnered with a Top 10 Accountancy firm who are looking for a Technical Accounting Manager to join their growing team in Hertford.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Technical Manager to join an ever-evolving practice where you will be giving specialist technical accounting advice to clients which may include IFRS Statutory account preparation, flotation support work, and also IFRS conversations.
Key Responsibilities:-
Review and prepare more complex annual statutory accounts (complex UK GAAP and IFRS accounts) for clients.
IFRS conversions, implementation of new standards.
IFRS Statutory account preparation.
Support with the valuations of share-based payments and intangible assets.
Support, train, mentor and develop more junior members of the team.Key Requirements:-
ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualified.
Proven track record of completing and advising on complex accounting areas.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good communicator at all levels.
Highly organised and can prioritise work as per needs of the client and business.
Able to train and develop the more junior members of the team.Work Hours: 37.5 Hours per week.
