Job Title: Operations Manager
Location:Midlands, East Anglia, and the Home Counties
Salary: £45,000 + Company Car/Allowance + Bonus
About Our Client:
We are recruiting on behalf of a successful Contract Cleaning company that operates across the Midlands and Home Counties. Known for their commitment to excellence and client satisfaction, our client is experiencing significant growth and is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their dynamic team.
Role Overview:
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing several Account Managers across the Midlands, East Anglia, and the Home Counties. Your primary focus will be to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the Account Managers and their on-site teams. You will handle client escalations, oversee the day-to-day operational management of key accounts, and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits. Additionally, you will support Account Managers in dealing with grievances, disciplinaries, recruitment, and other issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Account Managers to maximise the performance of their on-site teams.
- Handle client escalations professionally and promptly.
- Oversee the daily operational management of key accounts to ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client visits to maintain and build strong relationships.
- Assist Account Managers with grievances, disciplinaries, recruitment, and other operational issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably within the contract cleaning or facilities management industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to handle escalations and resolve issues effectively.
- Proficiency in operational and account management.
- Valid driving license.
