Salary £60,000 - £65,000 + bonus up to 36% of salary + Company car
Location: North West England

A Fantastic new opportunity as arisen in a global family run business for a Technical Sales Manager.
Evolving with market demands, they have continued to expand their product portfolio.

Within this exciting role you will have full autonomy of the process, from commercial conversations and negotiation with board members, to on site contractor discussions, to planning, overseeing and concluding the projects.

It is important to have experience in a similar industry such as pluming or irrigation and have good technical knowledge in order to train customers in the products application.

As this is a sales role, experience in sales is vital and you will be responsible for attainment of stipulated sales targets in key areas of responsibility.

Key experience and skills

Be able to demonstrate solid technical knowledge and understanding of the sanitary engineering field
Actively analyse market and sector developments
Experience in technical sales, ideally in the pluming and heating industry
Excellent planning and organisational skills to take ownership of projects from start to finish
Holding product launches and training sessions with different target groups face to face at site, answering any questions.
Solution selling - listening to the issues at hand and selling a solution.
Team-working ability, commitment to achieving goals, enthusiasm and organisational skills
CRM experience - salesforce advantageous
Actively cultivates customer relationships, continuously shares information and is acknowledged by others as a responsible contact
A charismatic personality - Using correct language with people at all levels
Identifies new customers and bring them on board through sales techniques and technical understanding of products.
Adapt successfully to different customers and their changing needs; Explore new products for new customers and keep up to date with the market/industry
