We require a Site Manager to work on refurbishment and new build projects from inception to completion. They are looking to hire a Site Manager for the long term project initially doing refurbishment.

As a Site Manager you must:

* Have atleast 5 years experience in new build/refurbishment/fit out projects

* Have atleast 3 years experience supervising and managing different trades from 1st to 2nd fix

* Have a CSCS Gold or Black Card

* Have a SMSTS and First Aid
