About the Role: We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our client located in Leeds, LS12. This is a temp to perm position with a competitive hourly rate of £11.44. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling goods in, including receiving and unloading deliveries
Picking items from a pick sheet accurately and efficiently
Performing general warehouse duties to maintain a clean and organized workspace
Engaging in cleaning tasks as required to ensure hygiene standards are met
Requirements:

Previous experience in a warehouse setting, particularly in picking and packing roles
Physically fit and able to handle tasks involving significant walking and lifting
Strong numeracy and literacy skills to manage pick sheets and other documentation accurately
Ability to work well in a team and independently as needed
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
