My client is a large developer contractor that are in the market for a Project Manager. They specialise in large prestigious residential and projects. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their teams for a scheme in Manchester. The Project Manager they are looking for will have a stable work history and have a strong build background. Experience working for a main building contractor on ideally apartments projects with values of up to 15-20million plus. The project selected has a combined total value of £50million. My client pride themselves on building and designing buildings which leave a lasting impression on those who use the facilities. As an experience Project Manager, you will have proven project delivery. Will an excellent health and safety track record, these complex schemes require a strong Project Manager.

The Project Manager they are looking for, will have proven working history of delivering projects from inception through to completion. They are looking for well experienced Project Managers with stable working history who are looking for longevity in a position.
