Location: Luton, (2 days in Luton and 3 days working from home after probation)

The Role:

Provide excellent customer service and End User support to Users of various payments software applications, in a Service Level Agreement environment, (responding to and resolving User problems / issues).
Support a variety of user support queries across payments, BACS transfers, general ledger issues etc.
Investigate and resolve often complex customer issues that will require technical investigation.
Liaise with 3rd part suppliers of hardware and software to support reported faults where required.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

Essential:

2+ years' experience working in an Applications support role
Some Payments software support experience, (such as SAGE 200, BACS, ICON, Access, Civica Financials, Pay360 etc.
Strong problem-solving skills, able to diagnose User issues and either resolve directly or escalate accordingly.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.Desirable:

A basic understanding of SQL
