Job Title: Private Client Solicitor
Location: Essex
Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum
Experience: 4-6 years PQE
A leading law firm based in Essex is currently seeking an experienced private client solicitor to join their team. As a private client solicitor, you will be responsible for providing specialist legal advice to clients on a wide range of private client matters.
Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on tax planning and estate management
- Drafting wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney
- Administering estates and providing probate services
- Advising on Court of Protection matters
- Handling complex and high net worth cases
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with 4-6 years PQE
- Experience in handling private client matters
- Good knowledge of tax law and inheritance tax planning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
