We're looking for talented individuals eager to learn and join this knowledgeable team.

Your Role:

As a Business Development Manager for Water Treatment services, you'll ensure smooth, efficient service to customers while driving sales growth. You’ll often be the first point of contact for new business inquiries, so a friendly, welcoming, and professional approach is crucial.

You’ll manage your time across various sales tasks, from preparing and chasing quotes to renewing service contracts and providing technical support to the sales team. Excellent organization and time management skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare, send, and follow up on quotes to meet monthly KPIs.

* Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

* Handle inbound and outbound calls confidently with new and existing customers.

* Proactively respond to new business inquiries.

* Identify and maximize sales opportunities.

* Learn the fundamentals of air quality control.

* Contribute to the sales team’s shared mailbox.

* Manage your work and time effectively to meet deadlines.

About You:

We’re looking for a smart, sociable, self-motivated, and target-driven individual. You should have good questioning and listening skills, work with persuasive enthusiasm, and be IT literate. A positive disposition and practical ability are key.
