Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. As a Recruitment Consultant at MLT you will play a key role in driving our business growth and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

* Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top talent.

* Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including CV reviews, interviews, and reference checks.

* Provide expert advice and guidance to clients and candidates on market trends, salary benchmarks, and career development.

* Prepare and present detailed candidate profiles to clients, highlighting their skills, experience, and suitability for the role.

* Negotiate job offers and terms of employment between clients and candidates.

* Meet and exceed individual and team targets for placements, client satisfaction, and revenue generation.

* Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights to clients and candidates.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not essential).

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within [specific industry or sector].

* Proven track record of successful placements and client management.

* Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and market trends.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

* High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
