3D Personnel are looking for a Workshop Manager in Camberley for plant and vehicles.
For the right person this is a Temp to Permanent position
To provide supervision of a maintenance workshop serving a diverse range of vehicles, equipment and plant; and plan the effective use of resources to deliver a cost effective Service and Maintenance Repair facility always ensuring first class customer service.
* Compliance with legislative and company standards of all equipment and tools
* Health & Safety of Workshop
* Monitoring Fitter performance, quality and productivity
* Maintain cost controls on behalf of client
* Actively identify and develop effective ways of delivering service
* Identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities
Qualifications
* Full driving licence: Minimum C+E
* City & Guilds Motor Vehicle level 1,2 & 3
Skills
* Planning and motivational skills
* Computer Literate
* Ability to communicate with team and management
Experience
* Experience of maintenance workshops ideally in a supervisory role
* Able to demonstrate workshop planning knowledge
* Experience in performance managing teams
* Significant “On Tools” experience
* High level of problem solving skills
