The kitchen serves a dining room catering daily lunches for up to 120 people, weekly formal dinners, and various high-profile events.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in maintaining and elevating the culinary standards that have made the college one of Oxford's top choices for dining.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes across various dining formats.
Collaborate with the Head Chef in menu planning and implementation, ensuring creativity and sustainability in the kitchen.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring food hygiene and safety standards are upheld at all times.
Manage kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef and Sous Chef, ensuring seamless service and quality.
