GSL Education are seeking a committed HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) for a primary school in Sheffield, S9. This full-time position is available immediately, offering a unique opportunity to lead and support educational activities.

Leading classroom activities and supporting lesson delivery.
Providing cover for teachers during absences.
Assisting with the planning and implementation of the curriculum.
HLTA tasks and responsibilities:
Supporting student learning and engagement.
Monitoring and assessing student progress.
Collaborating with teachers to enhance instructional strategies.
HLTA requirements:
HLTA qualification or equivalent.
Experience in a primary school environment.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
