Description
As a Customer Experience Advisor you will be working in a Contact Centre alongside an excellent supportive team and you will be assisting customers with any questions on their products and services.
The role will be mainly telephone based and will be lots of communicating through email alongside webchat and social media platforms.
You will be updating the databases accordingly and processing customer requests.
Profile
Previous customer experience this could be from a range of different backgrounds
A confident telephone manner
Excellent communication skills
Able to prioritise high volumes of work
A good team player
