Business Process Analyst
Work from home, some travel to sites across Lincolnshire

The Opportunity
As a Business Process Analyst, you will be joining this Internet Service Provider who have recently received significant investment to develop & expand the company's high speed fibre optic network.
Working closely with the Head of PMO & Data Analytics and alongside the data architecture team, your role will be to engage department stakeholders and analyse end to end processes workflows, identifying issues and risks, document the processes and drive continuous improvement activities and mindsets within teams.
The ultimate aim is to have a playbook per department where new and existing team members can visit to enhance their knowledge.
You'll have a real chance to impact the business in the UK and who has plans to expand to the US.
Your background
The successful candidate will have strong skills in Business Process Mapping (BPM) and Business Process Reengineering.
Experience of cloud applications such as Salesforce is desirable.
Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations will be key.
This is a work from home role, but it will require site visits, so the ability to travel to sites across Lincolnshire is important.
