The ideal candidate will have proven customer service and communication skills and enjoy working in a busy fast paced role.
Key Responsibilities
Proficiency in handling incoming customer calls, providing timely and accurate assistance, addressing customer enquiries and concerns in a calm manner.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, fostering positive customer experiences and brand loyalty.
Efficiently process customer orders with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfilment.
Maintain precise records by accurately inputting customer data and order information into the company database, facilitating streamlined operations and data integrity.
Desired Candidate
Possess a strong background in delivering exceptional customer service, with a keen focus on exceeding customer expectations and building lasting relationships.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of car parts and car care, including familiarity with various automotive components and maintenance practices, is desirable.
Proficiency in utilising computer systems and software applications to effectively manage customer inquiries, process orders, and maintain accurate records.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to deal well under pressure, with good organisational skills
