Job Title: Senior Estimator

Location: Boreham, Essex

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum - DOE

Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking Construction Company committed to creating high-quality, sustainable, and innovative Commercial and Domestic Projects.

Our client is seeking a Senior Estimator to join their growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their projects around Essex and Parts of London.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare detailed cost estimates for Commercial and Domestic projects.

* Analyse project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.

* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

* NEC3 contract knowledge to manage and forecast project costs.

* Travel to project sites to gather information and assess project requirements.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Estimator in the Commercial and Domestic sectors.

* In-depth knowledge of NEC3 contracts.

* Strong analytical and numerical skills.

* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

* Ability to travel to various project sites as needed.

* Great Understanding MS Projects and Excel.
