Due to growth and sector expansion, we are recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Manchester City Centre office, within our Oil & Gas team, covering contract recruitment.

This is a real opportunity to build your own business, with the support of a company who has sector experience of over 15 years.

What you’ll be doing:

Proactively gaining new leads, business development and account management with current clients within the sector
Sourcing candidates and creating a strong presence on social media to educate about NES Fircroft’s opportunities and initiatives
Act as a key point of contact for candidates and clients
Build credible relationships with candidates and clients, demonstrating knowledge of the sector and the market conditions that affect and influence roles and rates
Project work and adhoc duties when requiredWhat you'll get:

To be personable with strong communication skills
To have the ability to work independently and prioritise your time efficiently
To be a team player
Strong Business Development experience
1 year + experience as a contract recruiter with billing track record
