Position: Senior Staff Nurse
Location: required in Lambeth, London
Hours: Full Time Days - Various Shifts - 37.5 hrs per week
Hourly Rate: £26.50 per hour

Roles
To oversee and maintain the care of Service User's within a designated area of the Care Centre.
In the absence of the Manager and Deputy Manager, take responsibility for the day to day running of the Care Centre.
To delegate tasks and monitor all junior Staff activity.
Responsibilities
Providing excellent care and support to residents.
Ensuring high standards are always maintained.
Supervising, leading supporting and motivating the Nursing Team and Care assistants in order for the team to function efficiently.
Assisting residents in all aspects of their care needs.
Administering medication as instructed.
Monitoring, responding, and reporting appropriately on the well-being of the residents and able to respond in a timely manner to any concerns.
Maintaining good communication and developing effective working relationships with other team members.
Liaising with family members and outside agencies including Doctors etc.
Requirements
Hold a relevant nursing qualification
Be registered with the NMC
Have satisfactory references
Have the right to work in the UK
