Trainee Paint Sprayer - Manufacturing / Production
Abatec is currently looking to recruit a Trainee Paint Sprayer for our client's Production Team based in Highbridge. No prior experience is required, but punctuality and a willingness to learn new skills are imperative. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
The company are offering:
* Consistent shifts
* Monday – Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm
* Friday 7:30am-1:30pm
* No weekends
* Full training provided
* Progression and upskilling
Key Responsibilities include:
* Preparing products and component for paint spraying.
* Paint spraying products to a high-quality.
* Maintain good housekeeping and ensure equipment is cleaned regularly.
* Quality control and inspection work.
* Ensure a tidy work environment and follow all health and safety guidelines.
Personal skills and experience
* Excellent attention to detail
* Self-motivation and initiative-taking ability.
* Effective communication skills.
* Paint Spraying experience would be an advantage
