Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Design Manager to join our esteemed team in Solihull. The ideal candidate will lead design efforts on prestigious education, healthcare, and high-rise projects ranging from £5m to £50m. As a Senior Design Manager you will manage design processes, ensure compliance with client specifications, and drive innovation and excellence in project delivery. Looking after a team build up of Design Managers and Design Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all design aspects of projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Ensure projects meet regulatory standards and client requirements.
Lead design reviews and approval processes.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a tier 1 contracting environment.
Proven track record in managing complex design projects in education, healthcare, and high-rise sectors.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Proficiency in design software and project management tools.
