Position Overview:

Our esteemed client, a leader in third-party logistics (3PL) solutions, is seeking an exceptional Warehouse Operations Manager to join their rapidly expanding team. This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in managing high-volume warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency

* Implement and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) for accurate inventory control

* Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high service standards

* Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of warehouse staff

* Coordinate with cross-functional departments to streamline logistics and supply chain activities

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and cost-efficiency

* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management

Qualifications and Skills:

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within a 3PL environment

* Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards
