Provide professional and timely communication and service to customers and the sales team. Ensure that the sales department functions effectively by managing the Lead generation program, orders and shipments, and departmental reports. Retain the ability to work on multiple primary duties at any given time.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage Lead program
Complete orders for equipment, PTHs, battery and charger replacements, etc.
Report and review sales commissions
Generate necessary reports (commissions, manufacture forecast, ITA analysis, new customers, etc.)
Manage Ship Ins and Ship Outs
Complete, verify, and manage sales invoices
Requirements
High organizational skills
Excellent time management
Strong verbal and written communications ability
Strong proficiency in company-used software for report generation: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
CRM
Manufacturing Order Systems
SoftBase
EDA Lease Program
Understanding of ITA market share reports
Sales forecasting abilities
Lead management skills
General administrative skills (email, answering phones, etc.)
Strong understanding of the industry market
