- Support the development and implementation of global mobility policies and procedures
- Provide input to compliance and exception related matters
- Provide cross border workers/trainee subject matter expertise to business line managers and HR representatives
- Coordinate all necessary operational steps (home and host) for the execution of cross border workers/trainee cases in close cooperation with internal parties (such as HR SSC, Taxes), external parties (local authorities) and providers (e.g. Tax Consultant, Immigration & Relocation Provider)
- Resolve escalations and issues on an as-needed basis for cross border cases and trainees
- Assist in preparing reports and analyses on global mobility topics and activities
- Continuous adjustment in case of changes
- Delivering relevant input for the correct execution of cross border workers/trainee payroll to HR services in the home and host country
- Development and execution of the invoicing process for all expats/cross border workers/trainee cases
- First experiences in operational HR, ideally in Assignment Management Administration
- Basic Knowledge (home and host country) about and experience with tax law, social security and labor law
- Good command of German and English in writing and speaking
- Good expertise and experience in IT applications such as SAP and MS Office-Products
- Willingness and ability to work independently, pro-active and team oriented
- Discreetness and trustworthiness
- Good communicative skills and persuasiveness on content and process regarding all stakeholders at different levels
