Responsibilities Include:

Mastering stakeholder engagement, resolving complex issues, and mapping project trajectories.
Excelling in time management and the development of detailed project plans.
Tendering for external suppliers, managing budgets, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects.The Senior Construction Project Manager

Proven expertise in understanding RIBA Stages and detailed project management processes.
A Construction related degree qualification
Proficiency in the English language and competent use of Microsoft Office and Project tools.
A strong Project Management background within UK Construction Consultancies
A knack for steering projects to their vision, managing every facet to ensure completion within timeframes and budgets.
A deep-seated knowledge of project management processes, with a particular focus on RIBA Stages and qualifications from esteemed bodies like RICS, APM, or CIOB.In Return?
