Crewing Co-ordinator

A leading and well-established specialist marine / underwater / diving consultancy have an immediate requirement for an experience Crewing Co-ordinator to join them at their offices in Aberdeen.

Location: Aberdeen, AB11 5BY

Salary: Circa £40,000 - £45,000 + benefits

As Crewing Coordinator, you will be first point of contact for all offshore personnel.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Monitor Crewing inbox and action as required
Maintain availability listing for crew
Become familiar with the crew standard qualifications and competences
Check/verify crew qualifications and competences
Process new crew applications
Mobilise and demobilise all personnel as requested by Managers
Arranging and advise crew of mobilisation details, including travel or accommodation
Ensure offshore personnel's certification is valid
Ensure that all crew are engaged in accordance with company procedures and processes
Tracking of crew and contractor days
Source and book training courses as requested
Process monthly crew payroll
Process crew expense claims
Manage crew payroll/expense queries
General Administration duties
Undertake on-call and emergency response duties as and when required (rota system)It is essential you have previous experience in a similar role.
