Air Conditioning Engineer

Our client who are a growing and successful Facilities Management provider are currently recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join their expanding business supporting a number of sectors across the Commercial Real Estate, Hospitality & Leisure, and both the Public & Private sectors on a full-time permanent basis.
Employed in a mobile basis covering the Central belt (mainly the outskirts of Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Stirling/Falkirk and occasionally Edinburgh), you will be responsible for but not limited to:
* Service, maintenance and repair of all air conditioning & ventilation equipment which can include VRV’s/VRF’s, split systems, compressors, AHU’s, water pressurisation units etc.
* Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings carrying out maintenance & repair works
* Carrying out general facilities maintenance including AHU’s, fan coils etc.
* Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings repairing and maintaining various systems
Essential requirements:
* Served recognised apprenticeship
* City & Guilds F-Gas 2079 registered
* Highly skilled in all aspects of air conditioning servicing and repair work
* Good problem-solving skills
* Able to demonstrate a strong focus on customer care combined with excellent communication skills
* Full UK Drivers Licence
* Willing to contribute to working overtime
* Undergo relevant Disclosure/CRB checks
