Looking for a Customer Service Manager to join a leading Property services company based in North London working on a Repairs contract
Offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000 + great benefits
This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Manager to lead a dynamic team of Administrators, Planners, Schedulers and Team Leaders. You will liaise with the client contract centre, manage day to day activity, lead activity on KPI'S and ensure all cases are managed within the time frame and within budget
You will need extensive knowledge of Repairs and Maintenance works
We are looking for someone who has a similar experience, is able to show evidence of leading a strong customer service team to success in a Social housing/ maintenance environment
