Project Manager – Prime Residential Refurbishments

A young, successful, well regarded prime refurbishment main contractor are seeking a Project Manager to help deliver on two recently secured schemes.

The Project Manager will work alongside a team that have delivered some incredibly complex and valuable refurbishment schemes throughout Prime Central London.

The Company 

They are a company that prides itself on their culture – High quality, respected and delivering a fantastic product. 

They’re current turnover sits around £30 million and they are financially backed, with a project order book that extends early 2026.

They have a great network of subcontractors that have been honed over the 10 + years they have been in business.

The Project Manager role 

Prime London refurbishment experience is essential.

You’ll be based between site and two projects – both in SW London.

The Site Manager and team will report directly to you and then you to the construction directors.

The two projects are both Prime refurbishments 1 x £10Million and 1 x £2 million. 

You’ll be programming the job from start to finish – MS Projects.

After managing these two projects, there is the opportunity to move into a Contracts Managers role and then from there on to Construction Director.

The  Project Manager Requirements 

Prime residential refurbishment experience

Ability to program – MS projects

Carpentry background preferred

In return 

£75,000 - £95,000
