Order Processor

Responsible of placing orders from distributors based in the UK and Internationally. You will be in direct contact with the Sales team and Logistics team on a daily basis and help ensure a smooth Supply chain process.

Description

 Processing inbound orders from the Sales and Project Teams.
 Managing customer order reports.
 Assisting any Logistical requirements when needed.
 Assisting in the upkeep of the Backorder Report.
 Ensuring the Operations process is followed and Compliant with the rest of the
business.
 Requesting Supplier Shipment and Order Reports.
 Support International shipments (IOR)
 Support setup of IOR agents, find best customs route, clearance process

Profile

 Ability to work as a collaborative team member in a cross-functional, multi-disciplined matrix
environment.
 Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
 Knowledge of Export regulations and compliance requirements
 Excellent written and oral communication skills
 Ability to organise and prioritise workloads and to work on your own initiative.
 Commitment, Flexibility, adaptability, and reliability.
 SAP/SIEBEL/ORACLE/COUPA/WORKDAY/ARIBA knowledge desirable.
