Hybrid, full-time permanent position based in Birmingham city centre, offering up to £32,000 per annum depending on experience.

A fantastic opportunity to work for a globally-recognised law firm as PA and finance support has just become available! Based in Birmingham city centre, the successful applicant will work alongside other PAs and members of the Secretarial Team to provide outstanding support to fee earners across the firm, working for a global firm with excellent benefits.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

* Overseeing the end-to-end billing process; managing high-volume transactions, creating standard bills and disbursements, raising credit notes and amending narratives

* Managing the teams’ inbox in an efficient and proactive manner

* Coordinating both internal and external meetings; booking rooms and facilities, liaising with attendees, and preparing and collating agendas

* National and international travel management including arranging hotels, flights and transfers

* Overseeing document drafting, production and management

* File production and management; archiving, opening and closing files, and overseeing document drafting and production

* Providing general administrative support to the fee earners, and supporting projects on an ad-hoc basis when required, for example managing bundles and assisting during team events

Prospective applicants must have previous experience providing high quality administrative and financial support within professional services, ideally legal.

Applicants must have excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills, have an adaptable and flexible approach, and excel working as part of a team.
