The successful candidate will be instrumental in implementing an ERP system, shaping the organisational structure, and driving change. With a focus on Human Resources, Training and Development, Quality, and Safety, the role demands a proactive approach to overcoming challenges, crafting solutions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include supporting the Head of HR, developing job descriptions, coaching managers on Employee Relations, and providing generalist HR support. In Training and Development, the role encompasses skills assessment, gap analysis, and the creation and execution of comprehensive training plans.

The ideal candidate will be a true HR generalist with a Chartered CIPD (level 7 or working towards) qualification or equivalent experience, preferably within the manufacturing sector. A degree in a relevant subject is desirable, alongside excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills. Critical decision-making, analytical prowess, and a detail-oriented mindset are essential.
