Staff System Engineer

Job Description
The Staff Systems Engineer is a key player ensuring product safety for our automotive customers. They will apply ISO 26262, within a multi­disciplinary engineering team that develops power ICs for the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
Ensure ISO26262 requirements are met throughout the power product development phases.
Communicate and coordinate with Customer Safety Engineers.
Interpret customer safety requirements.
Develop Assumption of Use (AoU) based on system and safety architecture
Develop and review the IC safety architectures 
Derive the Functional and Technical Safety Concepts and requirements for product (FSC, TSC, FSR, TSR).
Perform the product safety analyses (e.g. Qualitative failure mode analysis, common cause failure analysis, FMEDA, and FTA).
Define system test cases based on AoU for verification and validation of safety requirements.
Generate Functional Safety Work Products that meet ISO26262 Work Product quality requirements in accordance with Renesas development process
