Lead Electrician

Job Title: Lead Electrician (Nationwide)

Salary: £20 - £25 per hour

(£40,000 - £52,000 Per Annum) + (£16,000 - £20,800 Overtime Avg.)

Type of Work: Nationwide installation projects ranging from £50,000 to £500,000

Travel Requirements: Extensive travel required, working away from home Monday to Friday

Location: Site/client based across the UK; office based in Birmingham

Qualifications Required:

NVQ Level 3 including AM2
2391 Inspect and Test qualification
BS7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
ECS card
SSSTS/SMSTS (desirable)
IPAF (desirable)

Experience:

Previous experience in leadership roles within retail/shopfitting and commercial electrical projects (desirable)

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead installation teams on site
Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical regulations and standards
Coordinate with project managers and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget
Provide technical expertise and guidance to installation teams
Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to health and safety regulations

Contracted Hours: 40 hours per week

Average Overtime per Week: 16 hours
