I am currently recruiting for a Customer Support Co-Ordinator for my manufacturing client based in Telford.

37 hrs per week

As the Customer Service Co-Orindator you will be reporting into the Customer Services Manager, you will be joining a fast paced and busy sales office responsible for liaising with customers across the UK and the management of relevant administration.
Responsibilities:-
* Ensure that your customer is kept updated throughout
* To support and communicate with the Sales Teams and manage the process from initial order contact through to completion
* Be aware of any additional costs to both the customer and the company and follow the in-house process to manage accordingly.
* Liaise with teams on site.
* Ensure all invoices are raised and despatched on completion of order
* Ensure all customer data and documentation is stored correctly.
* Resolve questions, queries and problems presented internally and externally.
Skills and experience:-
* Confident communicator
* Previous customer services experience in a fast-paced environment – preferably within Manufacturing industry
* Competent IT user, SAP would be an advantage
* A team player who can also work using own initiative
