Role and Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and effective lessons that cater to the needs of all students.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the leadership team to enhance the educational experience for all pupils.
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
